Respect Saxophone Music

Respect was written and recorded by Otis Redding in 1965. In 1967 it was redone by Aretha Franklin and became an even bigger hit thanks to her very different and original take on it.
It also feature the great saxophonist King Curtis overdubbing the sax section and sax solo. Curtis eventually became Aretha’s musical director.

This saxophone version is in the concert key of Ab major. That puts the Bb sax music chart in Bb major and the Eb saxophone sheet music in the key of F major.
