I had 3 August downloads left. Tried doing last night 8/31/20 but couldn’t download them. Tried with August code today but wouldnt go through. Are these 3 downloads lost ?

I’m attempting to purchase my 4 song downloads for April but when I apply coupon it does not deduct the charge and tells me my coupon limit has been already reached although I haven’t used any yet. Frustrating. Can anyone help
