Same here, so I notified Johnny also, but haven’t heard back from him yet. You might try contacting the supplier (pair-a-dice@shawcable.net) if Johnny doesn’t see your note. Apparently the book is downloaded to you by them. I included a copy of my PayPal order confirmation with my email to them to speed things up. Hope this helps.
