bhahahahaha, what a mistake to make! I actually went and took a lesson today and found out there that that's what I did wrong. I still have to giggle about that, I am sure not too many people make THAT mistake….

First: I want to mention I had the same problem as Troy, with being unable to read posts on page 2. That was solved by checking in the address bar how it's displayed. if it says https://howtoplaysaxophone.org/forum?vasthtmlaction=postreply&thread=72.1, then it won't open. change that 1 at the end to a zero, and voila-you can read the post

SO, back to the sax: I have been trying, I can get sounds out of it (wohooo 😉 ) and then I checked on how you are supposed to do it, and I can't! If my teeth go anywhere near the reed, all I get is very loud squeaking. will that get better with practice? Or is it ok NOT to have my (top)teeth on the reed?
Cause then I do fine…..
