Thank you for you replies.
Well like I stated I can play both ways so I just practiced about 2 hours and made it a point to try to keep my teeth touching the patch most of the time
It was very comfortable by the time I was done. Not sure I could hear a difference when I played into the wall but may try recording myself just to see. All I know is…[Read more] -

Thanks for your thoughtful replies.
Its glad to hear that John Springer as I usually stop reading the music once I learn the song (that is really part of my problem). Sadly I used to be able to sit down and play you 60-70 songs on a Les paul from memory (20 years ago) but now I literally cannot remember a song for more than a couple days (on any…[Read more] -

I live in the great white north (not CA but close) and winter is when I play music the most to pass the time. I just got back playing around Christmas time and have played…[Read more]

I own the first three he played, TE 7*, V16 7*, Dadarrio 9. They are all great playing but I have to say if I could just own one It would probably be the Dadarrio. It just plays really easy and has a big sound but that might be because its a 9. Thanks for posting.
