Johnny, I want to Thank you for your embellishment series, That’s whats helping me the most!!!!, also that’s what I wanted to learn, to play melodies instead of jazz soloing, which I find next to impossible to follow the cord changes….
could you show us the correct way vs the exaggerated way? ( in your embellishment series) since you are my only teacher I don’t have any other reference…
          Thanks a lot!!!!!!!

Valerie by Amy Winehouse, or Tenderly or Over the Rainbow by Ben Webster… 😉 with the solos…

              Thanks for your reply!
I have a plastic reed case for 4 reeds, but they still warp at the tip, I will try to flatten the tip somehow after use.
              Regards!!!

                  Michael
Thank you so much for the advice!, i’ll go for the daily practise course first and hopefully latter for the altissimo.
I started with electric guitar then moved to classical for about 10 years and came back to electric. I play mostly clasic rock ( pentatonic blues scale:-) ) but we guitarist tend to become lazy because we learn our scales by figures so you just move the figure and deppending on the starting note that is the scale so you don’t have to learn wich notes your playing hehe! You just hace to learn the different figures major, minor blues etc. And they are movable.
Recently went to a jazz clinic (i don’t play jazz), and was amazaed by the knowlwdge of the jazz musician! They know all the notes from the different 7th arpeggios in all 12 tones!!!
Thanks again Michael, hope to learn alot with you guys!
                  Alex.

I have been playing for about 3 months, already know the cromatic scale but too slow!
Been playing guitar for about 30 years. Like the sax very much so far.
So you would recomend me to go to the daily practise course first and then maybe after a year go for the altĂsimo course?
                    Thanks for your reply!
                    Alex.
