I have a new trevor james alto, SR. I’m only playing for 2 years (less than 1.5 years), so I can not make full use of its features, but I think it was one of my best purchases I have ever done.

After 12 hours – that’s amazing. Have you ever played any other instrument, is that so?

But: if you have more mouthpieces in your mouth then how do you control the height of the tone – flat / sharp? (ie, the more you have mouthpiece in your mouth, the less you can drivethe height of the tone by the lips, is that so?). The same is true for bending the tone (?).

I wanted to make a little bit of a debate. Which eventually succeeded!

Christian, your screen is just too small, as described above. How can you help (in need – before it will be fixed):
1. reduce the size of the fonts directly in Safari – at least for a while so you can choose the menu you need.
2. Reduce the horizontal page size to “disappear” the upper horizontal menu, and instead appear vertical – has a picture…[Read more]

1. This is a misconfigured “responsive design” setting. When I shrink my browser window, the left upper menu items disappear. When I shrink the window even more, the top menu “disappears completely” and appears instead in the upper right corner of the vertical pop-up…[Read more]

Johnny, I think the question is rather this: I play comfortably with reed 2.5 for example. So normally I play with reed 2.5. But: it will help build / maintain the embouchure muscles when I exercise sometimes with 3 (I do not plan on going to 3 at all times) or can it hurt my embouchure?
