why are you buying all these gimmicks , just play the horn,, your diaphram will be fine, you could have gotten a MP or reeds, food for thought be careful about teachers sometime they KEEP you, longer than needed, honestly you need to just play and practice

yes vintified and gold plated , i have ammas, Gaia and a 12 tip durga, wood parvotti the innovation for ambikas but wood, some altos all class A theo wanne mps– just sold a few this month , got some ebay too,, i have some sweet Ammas they are just as good as ambikas, they get dark and they get bright i would say it just a small step up from…[Read more]

it is always a better player with pro gear, i have a sweet connection on some great theo wanne stuff bought a bunch for my tenor, the person also has alto stuff,, if you wanted theo wanne, other than that i can recommend some nice alto tenors but i would need a price range, or you can search for yourself, the main thing is , YES pro mouthpieces…[Read more]

for me i can totally tell the difference , the wood/cane is quieter and warmer,, the onyx was not to bad, but it is noticable , i would like to try the hemp just to see the buzz factor,

10 months , something to say right,,,,yea the Javas are sweet, i have got into rico select unfiled too,, the vandoran trad for real dark, the hemp one might be worth trying,,, for me each one of my MPs need a different reed the woodstone like Java, the Gerber likes V16, and the refaced otto likes Select,, my 10mfans well we will see

here are many great reeds, the onyx has it place, a little buzzy and bright for me, , but many good reeds out there ,,personally i prefer the cane, it just sounds better to me , it it definitely a journey each one of my mouthpieces work with a different reed,
