I’ve loved this song for many years, great stuff 🙂 King Curtis also did a cover of Philly Dog. I love King Curtis’ cover to Philly Dog, but the Mar-Key’s version sounds a slight bit more groovy to me.

hey Michael we used to open the Colin James Little Big band show with this Mar-keys tune called Last night…I love it. BTW, the big sax man and the trumpet player are the “Memphis Horns”
