Thanks for posting “Harlem Nocturne” on the blog…talk about a mega-tune for the Saxophone! I knew there were a lot of different versions of this great, great song; but had no idea there were 16 of them! I guess that just goes to show the Popularity that this song has–I know that even some Saxophone artist who specialize in Smooth-Jazz type of music (I’m thinking of Michael Lington off the top of my head) who have released versions of this song. It certainly has withstood the test of time!
