Hey guys there is a link on the main page to a 4 question survey.
hoping you will answer these questions to give me an idea where everyone is at.
this helps to shape some of the upcoming lessons.

I took the survey. One thing I wanted to add. Sometimes, often times I need the lyrics for the music along with the notes. Lyrics help me with adding emotion to parts of the music and the lyrics help me keep my place in the music. At least when I’m learning a song. E.g, Take the song/music to “What’d I Say”. I often have to refer to one of my B flat fake books

About the lyrics. Some times I have to add my own lyrics. Take the song “Pick up the pieces” I have to add my own dada da dah

I know what you mean, I often will have the lyrics going in my head to help with playing the melody.

Yes William! Singing and then playing and not getting it is a pain! dah da da dah etc, and not being able to reproduce the tune. It happens!
