Reply to 2 for 1 offer email bounces with spam message

Hi, I just bought 4 songs and replied to Johnny’s email with my purchase and request for the 4 free songs. The email bounces with:

I too have had problems with this..
I paid for 5 on the 1st December and have used the Contact method on this site 4 times and not had a response and also tried email(which bounces)
