😎 Hi Johnny,
I bought “Unchained Melody” and “Sleepwalk” and it’s awesome how your backing tracks sound so authentic—some of the stuff I’ve heard out there sounds so generic and fake….and people actually buy it?!? I just don’t understand that! Seems like those guys that are making those backing tracks are just “popping” out stuff, as quickly as they can, just to make a few bucks?
I’ve never had any problems downloading any of your sheet music/backing tracks–the instructions are very clear to follow.September 5, 2014 at 7:46 am #12596I have both of those tunes as well! Just amazing!!!! I’ve never had any issues either! Keep em coming! I actually have bought quite a few of Johnny’s tunes cuz he makes them sound so good, I just haven’t had time to put the work into them!! I will eventually. Probably never sounds as good as Johnny’s tho 🙁
September 5, 2014 at 9:35 am #12603but they are fun to play along with and a great way to practice. anyway, I get an email almost everyday from someone who has just bought a track but say they never received the download link. Since I can’t be sitting there with everyone during this automated process I can only guess as to why a few people have a problem with it when almost everybody else doesn’t…
after the paypal payment is complete, paypal automatically re-directs you to the proper download page. this will take anywhere from a few seconds to 10 or more depending on your connection/computer speed etc, so if you click away from that page you’ve screwed up this process and now have no way of getting that link… other than email me of course!
I thought I’d post this so more people are aware of this simple process, but one that is very easy to screw up!September 5, 2014 at 11:18 am #12613It’s very easy to follow and I’ve never had any problems, at all, downloading anything I buy from you. Just wait those 10 seconds and we’re automatically directed to your links; very simple to do.
Where I come from and was raised at in Santa Fe, New Mexico “Sleepwalk” is HUGE with them (along with Tequila, Red River Rock and Samba Pa Ti) because of the movie “La Bamba”…..this movie is almost a spitting image of what life in that area is like in relation to the culture, landscape, everything! They did a great job on the movie capturing all of that. They love “Unchained Melody” too…..and it’s one of those songs that I think the Alto Sax can REALLY sound beautiful on; it’s gorgeous on the Tenor too 🙂 I always try to take your songs, the ones I’ve learned anyway, and play some on Tenor and some on Alto.March 10, 2015 at 3:08 pm #13745I bought backing tracks and sheet music for Yakety Yak. Sheet down;oad no problem, but could t get my mac to save the mp3 file. Any help
March 10, 2015 at 5:40 pm #13746Ya sure. I normally would just send you the download link again but if you had problems downloading the audio file I’ll email you the MP3.
