problem with Altissimo course purchase

I purchase the altissimo course and probably due to operator error I purchased 2 orders. would you please credit my cc for one of them. In addition I am unable to download, I get a “site not found”. Also as of late I am unable to use PayPal. Thanks for the assistance!
