      Hi Johnny,

      About 2 1/2 hours ago, I ordered the PDF version of How to Play the Saxophone. I immediately received an email receipt, but no information as to where to go to download the PDF. My receipt number is 5431-4719-7370-1734.

      I sent an email to pair-a-dice@shaw.ca, but it bounced back as undeliverable.

      Please advise where the link to the download is. My email address is joe.bernardi@frontier.com
