      Hello,

      My name is Gabriella Jean. I am new to this site, and I purchased 4 songs today. I was able to download and print all but one. I contacted Johnny Ferreira through this site but haven’t recieved a repsonse. Has anyone else had this issue with songs/sheet music that they have purchased? If so how did you resolve the issue? Hopefully there is someome that can help me resolve this issue.

        Usually there are no issues but time to time they occasionally PPP up. As long as you emailed Johnny and it’s here in the forum Johnny is usually pretty quick to rectify the problem. Just be patient as he get busy as the rest of us do. Don’t worry about the download Johnny will make it right. Welcome to the site.
