Music download problem

Hi, I purchased the music and backing track “Somewhere over the rainbow” yestreday and made payment using my PayPal account. However after payment was made the screen did not display the download link nor was I sent an email with the link.
I have purchased from you before and never had a glitch so somewhere there is a bug in the system. Many Thanks Andy

hi johnny i’m afraid my latest download did not reach my laptop computer as i mistakenly made the the purchase on my ipad mini so that i’m unable to print off the sheet music & file the track in my play list so i was hoping that you could resend the link to me on this computer & i apologise for any inconvenience caused. kind regards Chris Adams
