The Blues is starting to become the “bread and butter” of my playing now…from working on Johnny’s Killer Blues course so much and having the priviledge of being able to start networking with local musicians. I was told about some Blues music on Saxophone by a player named Leo Parker–had never heard of him before but seems like he’s got some roots here in the South. I went to youtube and found some stuff of his….check out this one he called “Leo’s Blues”. Sounds like he’s playing on Bari–nice tone! I read a post here on the forum of Johnny’s song “Blue Bop”….that is GOOD stuff Johnny is playing in that song 🙂
