Hey Johnny, I looked around on your johnnyferreira.com site and here too for info. that tells us when/where/how you got started to learn how to play the Saxophone–couldn’t find anything. It’s obvious that you’ve been playing for years, but it can be easy for a beginner/intermediate player to forget that even you went through the learning phase that we’re going through now, from the scales all the way down to learning how to take the Sax out of the case–I think of that with a smile, I can’t imagine that! I’m just so used to seeing what you do now :)–Were there some things about the Sax that was easier to learn v.s. other things that may have been harder? Did you ever have struggles/get discouraged, etc.? I got to hear this story 🙂
