Is the download site down? No response from site support after paid subscription

Is the site down? I’ve paid and subscribed to the $27/month 4 songs download offer by Johnny and paid for it last week. I am having issues with the coupon code field not appearing in the download cart. However I have sent a few emails to the site support but there is no response. Ive tried various browser on different computers to try the download but no success. Anybody else has this problem.

I’m having the same issue. I’ve had a premium membership for years and haven’t been on the site in awhile but everything I e tried to look at says site not found. They charge my card every month so I’m hoping everything is okay.

no everything is fine. once in a while it displays a “404 error” on some pages which means there is an update issue which needs to be taken care of.
