😛 Hi Bob peter hear from Scotland been playing sax since 82 before that a bit guitar & bass . I play Yamaha ten and alto and clarinet. I have played with bands Jazz/ Rock/ Blues. Bean a bit lazy chord progression etc. I came across Johnnys site lately like it very much. I have just bought Blues ebook any tips on how to use for best results.

hi bp, glad you found us!
as for the blues book I would get as comfortable playing the scales and then memorize the exercises and licks and try to fit em in over the accompanying band tracks. I also think the sooner they’re memorized the better you’ll be.
