Hi
Two quick questions I’d be really grateful for help with please.
1. I bought the “Whiter Shade of Pale” music and also “Us and Them” back on 7th September. The Whiter Shade of Pale shows up in my account, but the Us and Them purchase doesn’t. Please could you help with that one?
2. When I bought the music, I have a memory of hearing you play the track. I have been back on the site to try to listen to it again as a steer for how it should sound and can’t find it anywhere. Please could you help with that one too👍

October 10, 2019 at 6:18 pm #88981Ian, when I do a search for your email address I get one purchase that comes up and it’s A Whiter Shade of Pale.
so that means you may have used a different email address for the other purchase or it didn’t go through. Let me know I can check further if there is a possible 2nd email you are using.All the videos can be linked to from the “Music” page on top menu of site.

I PM’ed you copies of the email confirmations from the site and also copies of the PayPal emails for both purchases, but haven’t heard back yet. TBH I am not that good with forums and PMs etc, but would be really grateful if you could get me access to my two purchases from the same day. They were made within a few minutes of each other and each paid for by PayPal – the PayPal information I sent over had all the transaction details and numbers etc and I have also given you the email address for the purchases which was the same for both, but different from my account here. I would be very happy to email screenshots to you, but couldn’t find a way to do that on a PM and clearly I don’t want to paste financial transactions here.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately they don’t appear in my account and this is what I originally wrote to you about on 10th October and in the above posts, attempted email. Also please refer to the PMs I sent you containing details of the confirmation emails and PayPal payments. I made two purchases on 7th September and only one shows up as detailed in my first post above – I have no means therefore of downloading the second purchase for the last 2 Months.
Please would you help.
