Yo here’s “Fattening frogs for snakes”, it tends to mean you’re doing something that only ends up helping somebody else and doesn’t end up helping you.
Like feeding the froggies for the snakies to eat, yummo i guess. I got no agenda here dudes hey i just wanna be animalistic sometimes too ok
Posting this song recorded by Sonny Boy Williamson II (aka Rice Miller) [um i guess he kinda like the original guy’s handle …]

So. Down the sailing club talking to my old jazz guitarist mate:
How many songs ya knowz now he asks?
Um ah err, i’m practicing quite a few i says.
Nope
One song at a time ya gotta goes
One bar even
Slower ya goes, the more you guarantee success
When you practice, come away with something to use later
Why are you practicing?
To play some music
Don’t take on to much
If you practice for two hours, break it into chunks
Play for 15 minutes
Go an lie down and think of nothing for 15 mins
RPT
Itz like a big meal
If ya gobble it down in one lump ya gonna chuck it all up later hey
Bite sized portions
Digest
Absorb

Brash, harsh rock and roll sound he reckons.

i love it i says
A real big help to know the sound you want
Do you like Jim Hall, jazz guitarist? Hey, Stan Getz even?

Whoopsie! The tenor Key to the Highway is F# in the above instant.
Maybe some notes of the Bb scale could make some threads in the tapestry? Which ones? And, why’s that??
