downloading backing Christmas

Hi Johnny, Im having trouble downloading both “Jingle Bell Rock” and both “Rockinn around” backing tracks, I am logged in, but seems to cut out, I have not dismissed it may be my service provider, but this has not happened before, I have all PDF’s any trouble shooting to help, all good otherwiese, love your site.
