I’ve just bought the Altissimo course. And I opened the e-mail.com and clicked on the link for download. But, the site said “wrong membership”. Of course, I’m not a member, but at least, it should let me download the course. Please help. Thank you.

you can go to your purchase history in the checkout tab, and get it from there too

Like it says on the order/info page:
wait a few hours for me to get the email because I need to add you to the course level manually.
the altissimo course is not a “download”
it’s a level of the site which requires me to add you once I receive the info via email.

Just bought “yesterday” and it won’t down load. It played the backing track and nothing more. Didn’t down load music music sheet.
