This may have already been covered and I missed it elsewhere. However, I just paid the $9.99 for your new lesson book, and the download did not show so I was unable to download. Perhaps I did something wrong or stupid, but could you please tell me how to download this? I do know that my payment went through so that shouldn’t be the problem as I received a confirmation email on that. Many thanks. Glen
