I’ve tried a couple of ways to reach you (website, email) and haven’t received a response on an issue with my last purchase. On Feb 2, I tried to purchase 4 songs and didn’t receive an email acknowledgement. I assumed your website was down (I also saw in “Checkout” “Transaction Failed”). So I decided to try again on Feb 3rd. This time it worked and I was able to successfully download the songs. Then I noticed I had a 2nd charge on my card from your website. I’d like to discuss with you options to resolve this problem- I clearly did not want the buy the same four songs twice!
