I guess you’re talking about the high F# if you’re playing tenor?
That’s the first note of the altissimo range which is actually as easy to play as the high F, but you need to approach it with the forked fingering position. This is one of the first fingering lessons in my Altissimo Course which is too detailed to get into on a post. If you don’t have a high F# key on your sax then work on the forked F positions…this is the best way to hit that note.
Klaus, with that F# key you should be able to play the note as easily as the high F. Also E, D#, D etc. Work on playing all the higher notes nice and loud and strong. That’s your first altissimo lesson right there!
