Cant download altissimo lesson.

Same here. I got your email, Johnny, that you were getting a tech to help at this end. Glad to hear that because I’ve done everyting I know how to do, which is limited. I can view all the other videos but not the altissoimo ones. I’ll wait to hear from your tech a few more days. Thanks
