I have not been able to access the Video Lessons. I get the ‘File not Found’ error message.
Yes. I received an additional link, but it just took me to the page to purchase this again.
I am still getting the ‘file not found’ error message when trying to access the video lessons.
Does this have anything to do with this invoice not connected to my account? It only shows my first purchase. I’m sure this will end up to be something simple and I appreciate your help.
I can’t believe that you won’t help me access the videos lessons that I purchased. It has to be something simple.
