C Melody mouthpiece

At this moment I use an Alto mouthpiece for my C.
Do you think it makes a lot diference to playing it with a special made for C sax?

I’ve never owned a C, but every sax is a different size so yes, I think it would make a big difference.
I would imagine the problem is finding a proper mp for the C sax.
