Boom Boom Alto Sax

Johnny:

I played saxophone in high school and a little in college. That was all quite some time ago. Now, however, I’ve been asked to play with a blues band at a benefit concert. The band is playing Boom Boom by John Lee Hooker, and I am looking for somebody to help me assemble a short saxophone solo bit. Any interest in helping me out through a series of lessons? The concert is about three weeks away.

thats a tough one – have you tried you tube eric clapton boom boom, theres a mouth organ solo that could be replaced with a sax solo. The only sax parts i’ve heard mimic the base guitar.
