An interesting video about setting Goals
https://www.bhf.org.uk/SMART
Watch the video, it explains SMART a lot better, worth 3 mins of your time.
Although aimed at being healthy, has good points about setting goals in general.
That ‘SMART’ definition is a good practical approach to achieving our goals. We can’t play sax well if we’re not healthy. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks Jeff
Awhile back i was overloaded with too many things i wanted to improve on Saxwise, and too much routine can be boring which is less productive.
I find it a lot easier to keep motivated if i have a plan, which changes before everything gets less productive.
