      Hi My name is Russ from Australia.Wow what a great site Johnny!! Thank you.Love the sax but have been a bit on and off with it over time thanks to work and young kids and not always being able to get to lessons.So the online lessons are going to make it a lot easier beacause of the ability to do a lesson day or night etc.I have a Selmer mark VII that I was lucky to buy at a great price(right time and place).Hope now just to do the horn justice and learn to play well.Thanks again Johnny.

        Hi Russ, great to hear from you…
        One of my horns is a MK 7 as well, it's a really good sounding sax. I was going to sell it at one point then my 6 was forever in the repair shop which forced me to use the 7 for a while after which I just couldn't sell it anymore.

        It was my first pro model which I got in the late 70's from Paris. The only thing I like better on the 6 is the lower cluster on the right hand, just a bit big on the 7, which you get used to of course.
