      Hi
      I just noticed that the lakey mouthpiece I bought, the rail tip is not symmetrical. Can I bring it back to the shop and ask for another one?

          hi UU – take it back to the shop and
          show them, if they don’t change it,
          they might be able to modify it?
          Or contact the manufacturer and
          tell them where you bought it – that
          should do the trick?
