      hi Johnny while playing e fingering and moving to c back and fore rapidly is it ok to leave the two keys on the right hand down while playing c or is thiis a bad practice.

        Haven’t done it that way myself. Trying it out it works fine. Up to you depending on how fast the movement is because done slowly it could sound a bit different having those keys down. Bottom line is if it sounds right to you, then it’s right!

            Having played for a little while, I find different fingerings work out. When playing different parts of the chord, I go from low f# to the mid Bb and I find when I leave the low f# key down (middle lower key), the Bb comes out. It is easier this way because of the speeds needed for that particular song. Like Johnny stated, if it sounds right, it’s right and go with it.
