Paul, if you followed my “internet lessons” as they are explained on the download page you would have succeeded with the download. Here is what my instructions say:
*Important – when right clicking a PC will usually have the “save file” as an option and a Mac will have “save link as” as the option.
Notice I wrote *Important before the instructions which say “save link as”
On your screen shot there is an option (4th one down) that says “save link as”

But not to worry I will email you the download link again.
