I recorded myself playing an old Dusty Springfield song but I’m not sure how to download it on here. Any help appreciated.

You need to upload recording to youtube or soundcloud first, then copy/paste link here.

https://youtu.be/1qvsZlu154U This is a slide show I recorded my sax to. Dusty Springfield’s “You Don’t Have to Say You Love Me” Sax is Mark VI with Ponzol SS 110 mouthpiece with Rigotti reed. Recording yourself playing reveals all your faults: breathing, phrasing, cutting notes short, etc. Great tool to have although I’m just starting to record and I’m sure it could sound better with time.

Hi Pete, I just downloaded it from Karaoke Version.com or YouTube. Karaoke Version let’s you change the key up or down about 2 1/2 steps either way. I use them a lot. Usually if I need music I get it from Musicnotes.com. Some times they will transpose 7 different keys for you. Hope this helps. Dan
