Anyone here play soprano and tenor sax? Is soprano sax much harder to play than tenor? What brand is good soprano sax and not too expensive?

I played a soprano for many years. Sold it several years ago because I wasn’t using it much anymore. It’s easier than the biggers horns to blow because it’s small and so doesn’t require as much air. But because it’s so small, the intonation aspect becomes much more magnified, which basically means it’s harder to play in tune.

as for brand, it’s a big subject and one that doesn’t specifically relate only to a soprano but all saxophone and I wrote a detailed article on this:

          good luck
