      Hey guys,
I had my weekly Oral Cavity therapy today and they took measurements of the size of my bite in 2 ways: one is where I open up the mouth to where I’m comfortable and then open the mouth up as much as I can and take another measurement. The measurement for where I’m comfortable shows the size of my bite is back to normal and the measurement for opening as far as I can is actually bigger than it was even before my Orthodonist first saw me, so these are very good things to say the least and it shows that all my facial muscles along the jaw are returning back to normal. I had my weekly Sax lesson yesterday (its every Monday afternoon) everything is getting better too in the way of long tones, subtones, tuning, a variety of exercises with my scales/practicing different chord progressions with my scales, etc.. These are the things he’s had me doing just as a reboot. So things are getting better and better, but still have a lot of work to do. Just taking it all day-by-day and being cautious because the last thing I want to have happen is a relapse–especially not now when I’m getting back to normal. So things are looking good….and I’m very excited 🙂

yes, being very careful right now. Just happy/glad to be making some progress. I just hope I never have to go through this again…once was enough.
