Hi guys,

Johnny brought out some sour notes on my recent go with the Pink Panther…. and apparently there’s a couple of problems with the sheet music that was given me. I played it EXACTLY as the sheet music shows, so the problem is the sheet music I was given. Does ANYONE have any good/accurate sheet music for this song??? Just for the main melody..I can do some Improvising myself; so I’m just looking for the main melody. If you have good, ACCURATE sheet music, I would be gratefully in your debt if you could e-mail it to me at baboon4215@gmail.com. I’ve never asked anyone for anything…but right now I’m “begging” for some help here in the way of sheet music. It’s discouraging when you work so, so hard to learn a great song like “The Pink Panther” only to realize the sheet music was bad. I also attempted to give the song some jazz-like embellishments, that the owner of the sheet music suggested I give, and it looks like I should have just tongued the notes, play them as is v.s. doing what I did. Funny thing is, I showed the Man who gave me the sheet music my video and he said it was “right on the money”…but I trust Johnny WAY MORE. I’m REALLY hoping that Johnny comes out with a Sax Cover of this song in time to come….if it’s worth his time financially to do so.
