Time to learn the Complete Saxophone Fingering System
The full, regular saxophone range consists of two and one half octaves. Starting from the lowest Bb to the highest F#. These lessons offer a complete fingering chart for reference and 3 videos showing the exact fingerings for all the notes of the saxophone:
- Video 1 – middle C# down to the lowest note Bb
- Video 2 – middle C# up to the high C#
- Video 3 – High C# up to the highest F#
You will start on the middle C#. This note is the easiest note you can play on the saxophone. That’s because it’s in the middle range which is the easiest to hit and also involves no fingers at all. You will be able to watch and learn at your own pace. Pause, rewind or fast forward the videos as you need to go over the entire range of your saxophone.
Do these lessons daily until you know all the fingering from memory. This includes soprano, alto, tenor, baritone or whatever sax type you want to learn. All saxophones share the exact same fingering.
*Please note – this tutorial is also included in my eBook “How To Play The Saxophone – A Complete Beginners Guide” which can be downloaded for $9.99. If you plan on getting or already have that course you already have access to these videos.
