Don Sounds great. Would be interested to hear the sax without a backing track, stripped away from all the software effects.

That would be like a pretty model without makeup. I agree with you that it would be interesting to hear without the goodies on it, but I wanted to appeal to the average “doggie” listener.
I plan to do more plain demos of a few saxes that I have for sale and possibly a comparison of a few. Personally, I’m a skeptic about most claims of superiority of the different saxes, their finishes, metals, etc.. I think it’s MOSTLY the player/mp/reed combination.
