      Hey Johnny,

Flutter tongue, without the mouthpiece in my mouth, is easy–I’m fluent in Castilian Spanish LOL–but it’s not quite as easy with the mouthpiece in my mouth. So how can we get the tongue to flutter freely, with the MP in our mouth/without hitting too much of the reed?

It is the rolling tongue technique. enough of it to make the note flutter but not so much as to prevent the tongue from stoping it. it’s a fine line you’ll discover from practicing it.
