Michael – you raised an interesting point, having played guitar in a church band for several years (and i know some people in here wouldn’t class that as a proper band).
you’d be surprised how a bunch of adults in a band can start acting like 5 year old kids in a play ground. Jealousy, tantrums, sulks, talking behind your back – i’ve seen it all in church band. team work lol.
Turns out plsying in a band is no different to being in a work place.
