I noticed that the backing track of the HonnyDripper included a melody playing the part the saxophonist is supposed to play. Is that the backing track or am I missing something
thanks guys, ya it’s a short arrangement I agree…but to the point!
William, it’s the same backing track as I used…there is a tenor and bari in there to support the lead sax as you play.
you probably won’t even hear it as you’re playing along but if you record it like I did you can have fun blending in your own sax.
it’s meant to have a bit of a section sound…like the King Curtis version.
