I’m gonna have to try find the dot for ” violets ” from somewhere. Man, I’ve got books I haven’t even opened yet, there’s just so much. Thing is, all playing is good playing. Even bad p!aying, so long as it moves forward. I need to check out a course here. See if I can regiment my practice time to its full potential. I’m really lucky, I can play all day and every day….I do.I’m undecided as to the bari. I don’t enjoy playing be bop so much any more. I’m trying to find a more percussive groove utilizing those bottom end lines. I used to have these cassettes…( remember them ? ). Ronnie Cuber late sixties stuff. All Hammond and bari. Its a very cool horn. If you haven’t tried one, try to get to a store and have a blast. If your thinking of buying one and I can be of any help , don’t hesitate. Goes without saying, I have no angle….☺
