Aw c’mon now, you don’t think I would play favorites by where members happen to be in the world do you? Actually when I was alerted to the problem I went on the Amazon forum and there were other authors there already complaining about the exact same thing. Apparently the Amazon UK site had a glitch which was corrected as everybody now knows.
